Abstract

The article "Development of science and education on new principles during the years of independence and the legacy of Heydar Aliyev" noted that after the restoration of independence, science, education, health, sports, culture, tourism, environmental protection and other areas have always been in the center of attention of the Azerbaijani state under the leadership of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev. During the second leadership of the republic, Heydar Aliyev began to implement the national education concept for managing education based on new principles, integrating it into the world education system and improving it by adapting it to international standards. The policy of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev on the development of science, education and other spheres is successfully continued by the President of the Republic Ilham Aliyev
