Abstract

In the article, it gives information about the role of Heydar Aliyev in the creation of Military Collage named after Camshid Nakhcivanski when he was the Central Committees first secretary in Azerbaijan Communist Party, the national leader’s role in 1970 was to attract young generation particularly the Azerbaijani youth to military institution of the Soviet republic. Heydar Aliyev’s role in providing national security and creation of Azerbaijan Armed Forces is analyzed in the article, including the main direction in the creation of many stages of military education, and formation of cadre officer readiness.
