Abstract:	Technical education has a special place in the education strategy implemented by Great Leader Heydar Aliyev. Scientific and technical progress, which is a necessary condition for the socio-economic development of the country, also depends to a large extent on the level of technical education. Our visionary leader gave great importance to the mentioned field in both periods of his leadership in Azerbaijan and determined the development coordinators. The results of Heydar Aliyev's technical education strategy began to show during his time and still have a significant impact on the development of Azerbaijan.
