Abstract: In the modern era, which is the century of man-made civilization, healthy nutrition of people is one of the most urgent problems. Thus, proper nutrition is one of the most necessary factors that determine the health of the body. To solve the problem, it is very important to provide the population with ecologically clean food products. There are a number of real opportunities for this in our country. Thus, it is possible to find 150 types of wild fruit and berry plants belonging to 1536 genera in the natural forests of our Republic. It should be especially noted that the territories freed from occupation have great potential in this regard. In the natural forests in those areas, you can find a large number of fruits and berries that cure a thousand ailments. They are of great importance for the healthy nutrition of the population using products that are ecologically clean and completely safe for the body. Supplying such fruits and berries, which grow naturally in forests in the most diverse areas within the borders of our republic, and organizing their sale in an appropriate manner can play a major role in the healthy nutrition of the population. The article provides information about all these issues.
