Title: YUMŞAQ BUĞDA SORTLARINDA 1B XROMOSOMLARININ QLİADİNKODLAŞDİRAN ALLEL BLOKLARININ PAYLANMASI

Abstract: 34 variety samples were taken as research object. Reading and writing of the electrophorogram of varieties conducted by the research electrophoresis method F.A. It was mainly carried out according to the modified method of Poperella. During the study, Gld 1B3 allele block components were detected in seventeen cultivar samples (34 total), and GLd 1B1 allele block components were detected in other seventeen samples. It is observed that the Gld1B3 block components are increasing in the recently created varieties. Analysis of quality indicators of varieties with GLd 1B1 and GLd 1B3 allelic blocks was carried out. The results of the analysis showed that the quality indicators of varieties with GLd 1B3 allele blocks in their genotype, i.e. gluten content, sedimentation index, volume and quality of bread are not high. All the mentioned indicators are high in varieties carrying GLd 1B1 block components. It should be noted that Gld1B3 blocks are usually combined with Gld 1A4 or Gld 1A5 block components in the varieties selected by the Agricultural Research Institute. As we know, in the breeding process, breeders should generally select such genotypes that are high yielding, high protein and resistant to a number of diseases. Considering this point of view, it would be appropriate to use the varieties that are found in our varieties Gld 1A4 and Gld 1A5 as donors. So, as we mentioned above, the quality indicators of varieties carrying Gld 1B3 block components and Gld 1A4 and Gld 1A5 block components show relatively higher results.
